VIDEO SURVEILLANCE OF REMOTE LOCATION
The need to provide a much higher level of protection against vandalism, sabotage, and attack is a critical concern for operators of water and utility distribution. Operators have recognized video surveillance as the best method for improving security and reducing vulnerability. Until now, installing video surveillance for remote facilities required a new, separate, and expensive communications network.
Controlstar can provide the most cost effective solution.
That is telemetry, control and video from the same unit. This development allows the transfer of video clips utilising existing low bandwidth communications networks. The ability to display and remotely control the camera comes as standard in our SCADA. Multiple images can be displayed from different locations and image panels positioned and sized by the user. Pan, tilt, zoom and drag functions come as standard and there is an extensive variety of compatible cameras including night vision facilities .
